1. Acceptance
By creating an account on BrightCare you agree to these terms.
2. The service
BrightCare provides rota management, shift approval, payroll export, agency tracking, and staff portal features for UK care homes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share login details or allow unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use BrightCare to store false employee records, manipulate payroll data fraudulently, or violate any UK employment law.
5. Subscription and payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. A 30-day free trial is available on registration with no credit card required. After the trial period a paid plan is required to continue using the platform.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Data ownership
All staff and rota data you upload remains yours. BrightStar AI Solutions Ltd does not claim ownership of your data.
8. Limitation of liability
BrightCare is a management tool. Final responsibility for payroll accuracy and employment compliance remains with the care home operator.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
